Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via email at 4heartsclothing@gmail.com or online to request a return ensuring you include your order number. Please note we only refund if the item is faulty. Please ensure the item is returned in the original condition, unworn with tags still attached. Once received and approved we will be happy to issue a credit note for the returned amount. We do not accept returns outside of 14 days. Please ensure we receive your item back within 10 days of being accepted for a return. No returns will be accepted on damaged, worn or used goods, and will be returned to sender. Sale items are final sale and are not subjected to returns.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another of equal or lesser value please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at 4heartsclothing@gmail.com to request an exchange so we can hold your desired item until we receive your returned item. Please include your order number. If your exchange is accepted you will need to include a self addressed postage satchel inside when returning your original item or you will be charged standard shipping before your new item can be posted. Please ensure all items are in original condition before returning.

 Exchanges / Change of mind / Returns are not accepted on Sales Items.

Exchanges / Change of mind / Returns are not accepted on Earrings due to Health Requirements.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel / alter this prior to shipping it under any circumstance. 

Faulty Items

All items are checked before being shipped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However if an item has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us within 4 days of your order arriving at 4heartsclothing@gmail.com making sure to include images of the faulty item. We will meet our obligations under The Australian Consumer Law, which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back. Please contact us before returning to receive clear instructions. 
We are happy to offer you a $9.95 store credit for return shipping if we have posted you a faulty item that cannot be replaced.

Discounted Items

Sale items (subject to flash sales & discount codes) can not be refunded but can be returned for an exchanged. Items reduced by 50% or found in the sale section are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
We do not offer or cover return shipping costs.

Time Frame

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO BE ACCEPTED AND ISSUED ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM BACK.
Please allow a further 5 - 10 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank once it has been issued.
